Accessible Public Transportation

Starting July 1, 2025, changes are coming to Souris Basin Transportation service and Paratransit service within the Central Dakota Metropolitan Planning Organization (CDMPO) boundary — and that area includes more than just Minot city limits.

ALL areas shown in this image fall within the CDMPO boundary.

• If you can independently use the Minot City Transit (MCT) Fixed Route system, you will be expected to use that service.
• If you cannot independently use the fixed route system due to a disability, you'll need to complete the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Application through Minot City Transit to continue receiving door-to-door Paratransit service.

Souris Basin Transportation's Rural Public Transit will continue to serve areas outside the MPO boundary, including:

Ward County - Open to Public

9 additional counties - Open to Public

Our Intercity Route: Minot - Bismarck - Minot, which remains Open to Public
